NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
COUNTY OF DELAWARE
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on the 8th day of October, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. in the Supervisors’ Room of the Senator Charles D. Cook County Office Building, 111 Main Street, Delhi, New York, on the matters of amending the Delaware County Civil Service Rules.
Such proposed changes are available for inspection during business hours (9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.) in the Delaware County Personnel Office located at One Courthouse Square, Suite 2, Delhi, NY.
All persons interested in speaking concerning the proposed changes will be heard at the aforementioned time and place. Disabled citizens who require assistance in attending said public hearing or in furnishing comments or suggestions should contact the Clerk of the Board to request assistance at (607) 832-5110.
